Shipping information

How do I make an account?

To make an account in order to purchase our merchandise, please register an account and create a password. ​

Once registered, please allow 1-2 business days for our team to activate your account.​

How Do I Place an Order?

Two options for orders:

1) Purchase from website: Add to cart and finalize your shipping and pay with a credit card

2) For distributors, depending on size of order, our site can serve as a reference and your PO can be
directed to hello@unistechnology.com or orders@unistechnology.com

What Is Our Shipping Policy?

 Shipping is offered to the continental USA and Canada only. For any international inquiries please email hello@unistechnology.com 

Three shipping methods are available to choose from at checkout. 

1) Pick-up. Order will be ready in 2-4 business days depending on product volume. 

2) Arrange Your Own Shipment. After payment, our customer service team will email you within 1-2 business days to inquire about your courier and customs information. 

3) Ship To Me: We offer DHL, FedEx and LTL freight shipping depending on the volume of your order and location (CAD and USA). After payment, a separate invoice for an additional shipping payment will be emailed to you to finalize your order. 


Please contact our customer support team if you would like an estimated shipping quote.

For distributors, we strongly recommend arranging your own freight if available. 

You will be responsible for arranging custom brokerage and providing correct account information to our customer service team to arrange the shipment. 

Once shipping is paid and finalized, we will not accept any changes to your chosen shipping method. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable after payment. 

How Do We Ship?

We have three options for shipping:

1) Pick Up. Customers can pick up their order at our office located in Markham, ON.

A confirmation email will be sent after your package is ready for pick up.

2) Shipping within CAD and USA.

We use DHL courier or LTL freight depending on volume of order, and the shipping fee will be added to your cart after checkout.

3) Arrange your own courier. Customers can choose to arrange their own shipping. For this option our customer care team will contact you for arrangement.

Where do we ship?

We are currently shipping to continental USA and Canada only.

International shipments please contact Hello@unistechnology.com or speak to a UNIS sales rep.

What Are Your Terms of Payment

ShopUNIS! is set up for immediate payment when checking out and paying with a credit card.

For distributors, we can assign Net 30 after submitting PO to our team.

How long would delivery take?

Domestic shipping in North America on average takes 2-10 business days once the package has been dispatched.

Please note delivery times are subject to changes based on volume of orders, weather, delays and holiday hours. ​

If you have chosen your own courier, shipping wil be dependent on the method of transit you've arranged.

When do I get the tracking number?

Please allow 1-5 business days for your package to be prepared and shipped. Once shipped, your tracking number will be emailed. If you've not received your tracking number within 10 business days, please contact our customer care team by email: Hello@unistechnology.com

What happens if my order gets lost?

What happens if my order is late or slightly delayed?

Orders may experience delay due to high demand, weather or courier delays. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please reach out to our team by phone: (855) 704-2823 (9-5pm EST) or by email: Hello@unistechnology.com​

ORDER, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

How can I change or cancel my order?

To change or cancel your order, please contact us by phone: 1-(855) 704-2823 9-5pm ET before your order has been shipped. If you've already received a shipping notification, your order can no longer be canceled.

How to proceed with a refund?

If you're not satisfied with our products, please contact us to discuss steps for a refund and a return if applicable.

ShopUNIS! does not cover return fees.

Refunds will be returned  to the original method of payment. 

If a return is needed, shipping costs to return will be deducted from reimbursement.

Non-refundable/returnable Products:

Products being returned beyond 30 days from your order's delivery date are non-refundable. If the products are being returned is missing a few pieces, damaged or been tampered with, they will not be eligible for a refund.  ​

For bundled products, all products within the bundle must be returned. ​

We reserve the rights to refuse a refund if the return does not meet our requirements. ​

*Shipping and delivery fees will not be refundable*

Damaged/Defective:

If you've received a product from us that is damaged or defective, please contact us by phone or email and a replacement for that product can be arranged or a partial refund credit can be applied back to your orignal method of payment.
